The streets, alleys, driveways and parking spaces located within the security area will be closed and guarded by gendarmes, and metal fences secured by the community police will be set up at the end of the streets and alleys. No vehicle will move or park on the closed road sections, except ambulances and fire engines whenever deemed necessary, cases in which the agent in charge of the road section should be informed and should express his approval. The limits between the two-way lanes for the official motorcades and the public road traffic will be marked by means of traffic separating equipment.
Vehicles can cross the single corridor in the points specially designated for this purpose when there are pauses in the movement of the official motorcades and the shuttles, and the pedestrians can use the marked crossings, which will be controlled by police agents and gendarmes. The traffic police agent on duty in each point is the one who allows the crossing of the single corridor.
