Following the requests received from media representatives, the Media Group for Security News regarding NATO Summit is authorized to state the following:

The members of the National Security Committee for NATO Summit - 2008 met on Tuesday 11 March 2008 to estimate the security dispositions that could be established if official activities were to be held in Braşov, Constanţa and Prahova Counties.

The National Security Committe for NATO Summit – 2008 has assessed all the defence, public order and national safety structures in the above-mentioned counties, so that unitary protection and security dispositions can be established.
