The National Intelligence Academy is a military higher education institution established on the basis of the Law on the organization and functioning of the Romanian Intelligence Service, which provides for the training of the personnel within the education system of the Service.
Within ANI, education is done in accordance with the highest standards of performance and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the Constitution of Romania, the Law of Education, the Law on the accreditation of higher education institutions and acknowledgement of diplomas, the Status of education professionals and the Status of military personnel.
The objective of the National Intelligence Academy is to form intelligence officers, both for the Romanian Intelligence Service and for the other national security institutions. Upon completion of studies, ANI graduates receive a Bachelor’s Degree and a diploma of officer.
