All the materials posted on the special web page are created by the Media Group for Security News, the communication channel of the National Security Committee for NATO Summit – 2008.

The Group is made up of communication specialists from the Press Offices of the Ministry of Defence, Ministry of the Interior and Administrative Reform, Protection and Guard Service, Romanian Intelligence Service, Special Telecommunications Service, Foreign Intelligence Service and the Office of the National Register of State Secret Information.

The main task of the Group is to release security news, in a unitary fashion and in real time, to the public and media, by means of the web page for security news, materials of general interest, security news flow, throughout the Summit, at pre-established time intervals.
